Expand Networks Partner with Global Satellite Specialist to Optimise Bandwidth to Enable Increased Throughput

<p>Expand Networks, the leader in optimising WANs for branch office consolidation and virtualisation, has announced a new partnership with Level 421, a professional satellite broadband communication teleport operator with global operations, that will see Expand’s WAN Optimisation technology help alleviate the satellite bandwidth capacity pressures for distributed corporate environments.</p>

<p>As network infrastructure investments have been traditionally focussed in the industrialised nations, in Africa, Middle East and Asia, satellite links have become essential and quickly reached capacity, limiting the amount of bandwidth available for corporate organisations, as Markus Haut, General Manager of Level 421 explains:</p>
