Telstra CIO quits

The last Trujillo appointee jumps ship

John McInerney has quit the role of CIO at Telstra less than two years after being appointed to the position by then-CEO, Sol Trujillo.

The Australian recently reported on the departure.

The news comes as general manager of collaboration, knowledge and intelligence at Telstra, Jason Sharpe, spoke in Sydney about how the company is using SharePoint to create collaboration in the workplace.
