Telco provider, Telstra, was one of the main winners of analyst firm Frost & Sullivan’s sixth annual excellence awards held in Sydney during October.
The company walked away with five awards including hosted contact centre service provider and broadband provider of the year.
A total of 18 awards were handed out in three categories, security and infrastructure, enterprise communications, and telecommunications.
Each recipient was selected based on market performance, revenue growth, and service innovation displayed during 2011.
Frost & Sullivan ANZ managing director, Mark Dougan, said in a statement that each company operated in “highly competitive segments” but had succeeded in maintaining market leadership.
