PIPE Networks has appointed Stephen Banfield as its new company secretary, effective immediately.
The appointment follows the resignation of Louise Bolger as company secretary on Friday.
Banfield will take over all communication with the ASX in relation to listing rule matters, in accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.
