Property data and information service provider RP Data (ASX:RPX) has informed the market that the ACCC is investigating the company’s proposed acquisitions.
RP Data has arranged to acquire ValEx Group and the valuation software division of Sandstone Technology.
But the ACCC has launched a probe into the move, and has asked RP Data not to close the acquisition while the investigation takes place.
RP Data said it will co-operate with the ACCC, and inform the market when there are further developments.
