SingTel (ASX:SGT) subsidiary SingTel group treasury has priced S$600 million ($429.5 million) worth of convertible notes due on 2020.
The notes will pay a semi-annual coupon of 3.4875% per annum, and have been guaranteed by the parent entity, SingTel said.
The issue will be lead managed by DBS Bank, HSBC and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation.
The notes will be listed on the Singapore securities exchange on April 9.
