DWS Advanced Business Solutions has appointed a new CEO of its subsidiary Graeme V Jones and Associates (GVJ).
Vivian Clark has accepted DWS’ offer, the company said. She will retain her position as group company secretary.
DWS acquired a 100% stake in IT services provider GVJ in October last year.
DWS said an “opportunity has arisen for Ms Clark to work alongside Mr Graeme Jones on the growth and development of that business.”
