Toll road operator Transurban (ASX:TCL) boosted its revenue for the December quarter 5.3% to $209.2 million, due to improved traffic across all the company’s Australian operations.
Melbourne subsidiary CityLink boosted its toll revenue 5.7% to $94,745, while traffic increased by just 0.4%.
But the company’s takings were impacted by upgrade works in areas including the Monash and West Gate freeways.
TCL shares are today unchanged at $5.51.
