Fairfax Media (ASX:FFX) and APN News and Media (ASX:APN) have partnered for an online classified advertising venture for Northern NSW and Queensland.
Under the arrangement, both companies will provide content for a bundled print and online strategy, Fairfax said.
The companies have signed an in-principle agreement to combine content from Fairfax classified brands, Drive.com.au, Domain.com.au and MyCareer.com.au with the APN print classified sections.
Fairfax added its had already reached similar agreements in other states.
