IT and telecom services company Hostech (ASX:HTC) has appointed former engin chief Ilkka Tales as CEO.
Tales takes over from Carlos Perez, who will continue in the role of Hostech’s executive director for telecom.
Tales has been a Hostech director since November, and has also been CEO of direct marketing company Mobile Innovations.
Hostech said Tales has helped the company acquire six companies in the last 12 weeks.
