Sensor technology developer Alpha Technologies (ASX:ASU) has received permission to further delay its 2009 AGM until October 2010 as it remains under administration.
The liquidator has been given permission to extend the date for the meeting until October 20.
Administrator Ken Sellers was in Maygranted permission to extend the meeting until August 3rd.
