New Hostech CEO Ilkka Tales will be paid a base salary of $275,000, the company announced today.
Tales, who was appointed CEO yesterday, will also be eligible for up to $350,000 worth of bonus payments per year if he meets certain targets.
He has been awarded a 2 year contract, but may resign and terminate the contract by giving three months’ notice.
If Hostech decides to terminate Tales’ contract, it must give the same amount of notice and nine months’ worth of salary.
