IT service provider ASG Group (ASX:ASG) has acquired Melbourne-based IT consulting firm Dowling Consulting for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition is expected to be earnings-per-share accretive within its first full financial year, ASG Group said.
Dowling’s client list includes Australia Post, NAB, the Victoria Police, Bluescope Steel and Melbourne University.
ASG added that it was currently pursuing a number of other acquisition targets.
