BluGlass appoints new CFO

Semiconductor technology developer BluGlass has appointed a new CFO, Stuart Uhlhorn, to replace the outgoing Geoff King.

Uhlhorn was formerly head of corporate services at IAG, and is also currently the deputy chair of United Care Aging (NSW/ACT).

Foundation chairman Michael Taverner has also revealed his intention to retire. Non-executive director George Venardos will take over the role of chairman while BluGlass searches for a replacement.

Taverner will leave at the end of April.
