Mnet extends Telstra contract for 3 more years

Mobile industry technology integrator Mnet Group (ASX:MNZ) has extended its contract with Telstra for a further three years.

Under the agreement, the financial terms of which were not disclosed, Mnet will continue to provide managed service and product development support for Telstra’s BigPond Caller Tones ringback tone product.

Telstra is planning to expand the service, which allows users to customize ringtones depending on who is calling, with new feature enhancements.

Both Mnet group and Telstra will contribute marketing and product development investments over the course of the deal, the companies said.
