SingTel (ASX:SGT) has revealed it has secured broadcast rights for the 2010 FIFA World Cup.

The Optus parent said it will offer 64 matches on its mio TV and mobile IPTV services – combined with internet viewing access – to Singaporean customers which purchase its FIFA package.

The package is priced at S$66 ($53.29) before May 31, and S$88 thereafter. SingTel has not said whether Optus will offer the same package.
