Mobile phone content and services company Mobileactive (ASX:MBA) has licensed a corporate SMS platform developed by the UK’s 2sms for the Australia and New Zealand markets.
Both 2sms and Embrace, the Mobileactive business division which has licensed the platform, will pork to promote the service in Australia and New Zealand.
Currently 2sms has around 1,500 clients in the UK and US, Mobileactive said, including some Australian entities such as National Australia Bank.
The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
