Connxion to pay $500k for KAZ Singapore

Connxion Ventures (ASX:CXN) will pay $500,000 for its acquisition of KAZ Singapore, the former has revealed.

In a presentation to shareholders, Connxion said the purchase from Telstra International, announced earlier this month, has given Connxion Ventures (ASX:CXN) a number of international blue-chip clients on 3-5 year contracts.

The company is targeting $25 million in annualised consolidated revenue as a result of the purchase, with $5 million generated through organic growth.
