Hall & Wilcox advised Canon on CSG deal

Commercial law firm Hall and Wilcox said it had advised Canon Australia on its recent $31 million deal with CSG Limited (ASX:CSG).

Hall and Wilcox has been an advisor to Canon for a number of years, the law firm said.

Partner Bruce McFarlane and senior associate Oliver Jankowsky led the team advising Canon over the deal.

CSG has agreed to pay Canon $31 million to become a Canon multi-function device dealer in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide and Perth, acquiring the sub-contractor rights to 10,500 existing installed devices.
