ComOps investors approve Ernst & Young as auditors

Shareholders in business software developer ComOps (ASX:COM) have agreed to appoint Ernst & Young as the company’s new auditors.

No shareholders voted against the election of Ernst & Young, although 3.4 million abstain votes were cast. This compares to 57.6 million votes in favour.

Shareholders also voted by 57.6 million votes to 3.4 million votes to adopt the latest remuneration report.
