Print management company Argus Solutions (ASX:ASV) has appointed three new directors, and removed two, in a board reshuffle.
John Lee, Leo Moio and Trent Harris have been selected as independent directors, effective today.
Amir Hyster, the major shareholder of Argus, will meanwhile resign from the board, to be represented by Harris. CEO David Glavonjic will also stand down from the board, but remain chief executive.
Chairman David Paterson said the board planned to appoint another independent director in the next six months.
