QMASTOR (ASX:QML) has won a major contract to provide an information management system for Hunter Valley Coal Chain Co-Ordinator (HVCCC).
The agreement is expected to be worth $5 million over five years, with the majority of revenue expected in FY11.
As part of the arrangement, QMASTOR has also acquired IP associated with the current scheduling tool being used by the HVCCC for five years.
QMASTOR will incorporate the IP into its QMASTOR Horizon APS product, and pay $1.5 million for the privilege.
