Ultrapay calls EGM in advance of relisting

Technology holding company Ultrapay (ASX:ULT), after emerging from administration, has called an extraordinary general meeting in preparation for a re-listing on the ASX.

The company has scheduled the meeting for July 25, and reappointed original auditors Ernst & Young to prepare the statutory accounts that had been missed while in administration.

Ultrapay emerged from administration on November 6. The EGM will be held in Melbourne.
