Software developer Energy One (ASX:EOL) will pay new CEO Shaun Ankers a base salary of $300,000, the company revealed today.
Ankers, who assumes his new role today, will also be eligible for performance bonuses to be determined by the board.
Termination of the employment contract requires 12 months' notice by Energy One, or 6 months' notice by Ankers, but in either case, EOL may choose to pay Ankers' salary for the duration of the notice in order to speed up the termination of his emploment.
