Technology and IP commercialisation company ipernica (ASX:IPR) plans to issue its new CFO and company secretary, Mark Maitland, 1.7 million share options under its employee incentive program.
The options will have an exercise price of 20 cents, 2.5 times the closing price of 8 cents as of yesterday, and an expiry date of four years from date of issue.
They will be allocated in three equal tranches over a three-year period.
Maitland, who was hired in May, is the former CFO of ipernica subsidiary NearMap.
