Synergy Plus proposes to buy AirData

IT service provider Synergy Plus (ASX:SNR) has proposed to acquire mobility solutions provider AirData for a yet-to-be-disclosed cash sum.

Synergy said it had entered into a heads of agreement with AirData's parent Airway Group for the purchase of the unit.

The deal is conditional on the finalisation of a formal sale agreement, and other conditions including the customary due diligence.

Synergy said it would provide further details of the purchase price once the sale agreement is in place.

AirData's mobility solutions include mobile data capture, RFID, asset tracking and field service enablement.
