Security technology company QRSciences Holdings (ASX:QRS) has revealed that it expects to complete the acquisition of API Security's services and solutions business by September 30.
Both QRSciences and API are wrapping up the due diligence process, and intend to agree to binding terms shortly, QRSciences said in a statement.
The company had entered negotiations over the acquisition on July 23, but the exclusivity clause of the negotiation agreement expired on Tuesday.
QRSciences are today trading 6.67% lower at $0.056.
