Medical diagnostics component developer Universal Biosensors (ASX:UBI) has announced that its CEO, Mark Morrison, has retired.
Chairman Andrew Denver will assume the role of executive chairman and interim CEO until an international search finds a replacement, the company said.
Morrison said he felt that the company needed somebody with a different set of skills at the helm to facilitate further growth.
“I have thoroughly enjoyed leading Universal Biosensors through the development stage to where it is now and would like to find a similar opportunity to do it again,” he said.
