Data and transaction services company Connxion Ventures (ASX:CXN) has placed 44.9 million shares to raise nearly $1.6 million.
The placement, at $0.0325 per share, was made without disclosure to investors under the company's 15% placement capacity granted under Listing Rule 7.1.
CXN shares are today trading 6.67% higher at $0.032.
