Communications management and online services company CommStrat (ASX:COJ) has appointed Paul Wilson as its new chairman and non-executive director.
Wilson is currently also chairman of Venue Media, and has previously held private equity positions at Metlife Investments in the UK and Champ Private Equity in Sydney.
Peter Sterling, the company's former managing director, will meanwhile not stand for re-election at the 2010 AGM, CommStrat said.
The board will as a result be reduced to three members - with Craig Higgins and Mark Sowerby to retain their non-executive director roles – and be maintained at this size.
