Shell company Voltage IP (ASX:VIP) has reported a $114,600 net loss for 1H11.
The former information security consulting and managed services company said in its half-yearly report that it had spent the period trying to find new business activities.
Voltage IP reported a revenue of $2 for the half, accrued from interest payments. VIP shares have been suspended from trading since 2008.
