Service Stream director Russell Small resigns

Telecom and utilities industry services provider Service Stream (ASX:SSM) has announced the resignation of director Russell Small.

Small has decided to retire now that an executive shake-up at the company is nearing completion, he said in a statement.

“In the process of renewing the organisation we were able to bring on new talent in Graeme Sumner ad CEO and Bob Grant as CFO,” he said, “I am very pleased to be able to leave the company now that it is in capable hands.”

Service Stream said it had identified an appropriate replacement, and - if the candidate accepts the job - will announce the appointment at its AGM on October 28.
