Data and transaction services company Connxion Ventures (ASX:CXN) has made two new managerial appointments and announced changes to its board team.
The company has hired Peter Garside as the managing director of the Connxion data services group, encompassing its data, online, payments and rewards operations.
Nicholas Sodbinov will meanwhile become the managing director of Connxion Data Services Australia, a division of the larger Data Services group.
CEO Bill Brooks will meanwhile join the board. Independent director Ian Smith will assume the role of non-executive chairman. Current chairman Rod Olsen will become an independent director, and David McCann has decided not to stand for re-election to the board.
In a statement, Connxion said it made the changes to strengthen its management team now it has transitioned from a single product, single country business to a regional data services company.
