ASX-listed services company UXC (ASX:UXC) has posted a total revenue for the financial year ended 30 June of $748 million.
IT revenue from its Business and Professional Solution Groups was up four per cent on last year to $474 million while earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) climbed 31 per cent to $43 million.
Net profit after tax rose to $18.6 million.
The announcement to the ASX follows a report this week that UXC division Integ Group posted a revenue of $75 million.
In a statement to the ASX, the company said that new IT contracts with the Department of Defence, Queensland Health and other organisations had contributed to the revenue increase.
“This has been achieved by a focus on growing the portfolio of services offered by the group and establishing a breadth and depth of capability in key segments of the IT market.”
The statement also said that it would continue to target medium to large corporate and government organisations in Australia and New Zealand with offerings such as Microsoft Business Solutions.
