AMD finds new A/NZ country manager from internal ranks

Computer processing chip manufacturer, AMD Australia and New Zealand, has promoted its national retail sales manager, Peter Chambers, to the A/NZ country manager role.

Chambers takes over from Brian Slattery who is now AMD’s Asia-Pacific and Japan consumer sales manager, based in Singapore.

According to a statement, Chambers said he would work on continuing AMD’s “close engagement” with customers to strengthen relationships and promote growth.

Prior to joining AMD, Chambers was national distribution and volume manager at Fuji Xerox Printers.
