Synergy Plus completes Leading Solutions purchase

IT infrastructure service provider Synergy Plus (ASX:SNR) has completed the acquisition of Leading Solutions for $3.9 million.

The company, which has conducted business for Leading Solutions since November, acquired the business outright from its administrators. Leading Solutions entered voluntary administration in October.

“The Leading Solutions acquisition has achieved a number of key results for the organisation, we have managed to transition some Leading Solutions customers while adding a number of skilled staff,” Synergy acting CEO Peter Cappandell said.

Synergy now has around 300 IT professionals in 11 locations providing services ranging from desktop repair to enterprise data centre management, he added.
