Telecom NZ (ASX:TEL) sets deadline for director nominations

Interested parties will have until August 12 to nominate a director of Telecom New Zealand (ASX:TEL)(ASX:TEL), the company has announced today.
Telecom NZ has arranged to hold its AGM on September 30, and has set the August 12 deadline for nominations accordingly.
Nominations must be received by 4pm on the closing date.
