Three SingTel (ASX:SGT) directors retire

Optus parent SingTel (ASX:SGT) has revealed the retirement of three of its directors.

Heng Swee Keat, John Powell Morschel and Deepak S Parekh had each previously tendered their resignation, effective on the conclusion of the company's AGM, which was held on Friday.

Each had been a director since at least 2004.

At the AGM, shareholders voted to re-elect Simon Israel as director, to give SingTel mandates for a share issue and share purchase.
