ASG appoints non-executive director

IT services provider ASG Group (ASX:ASZ) has appointed Trevor O'Hoy as its new non-executive director/

O'Hoy is a former president and CEO of Fosters Group. He joined now Fosters subsidiary Carlton and United Breweries in 1976, and during his 28 years of continual service held positions such as CFO and managing director.

He currently also sits on the boards of Cricket Australia and RACV. O'Hoy today resigned from the board of DWS Advanced Business Solutions (ASX:DWS) to avoid any conflict of interest.
