Oakton to hold AGM on Oct 6

Shareholders in IT services provider Oakton (ASX:OKN) will on October 6 vote on whether to re-elect directors Robert Kennedy and Chris Giles to the board.

Kennedy and Giles, both retiring by rotation, have both placed themselves up for re-election at the upcoming AGM, to be held at its Melbourne office.

Undirected proxies will be voted in favor of re-election in both cases.

The company will also vote on whether to issue up to 1.5 million options to managing director and CEO Neil Wilson by way of a long-term incentive.

The options will be issued in three equal tranches, to vest at the end of calendar years 2011, 2012 and 2013.
