Projection technology developer Digislide Holdings (ASX:DGI) has established a three-way JV in Hong Kong, with Allied Animation Technologies and the UK’s Rights Commerce.
The JV plans to combine the IP’s held by Digislide for projection technology, Rights Commerce for data transfer, telecom and smart cards and Allied Animation for datacards to create new products and services for the Hong Kong market.
The venture, Digismart Commerce, will hold all the IP vended into it by the JV partners, develop said IP to create new products, then sell the products and apply the rights and IP across several markets.
