Security software and equipment provider ZYL Limited (ASX:ZYL) has licensed the use of surveillance software and hardware technology to Energy Saving Partners.
ZYL said it had licensed the IP related to its Smart G Enterprise Protection solution for 12 months, with an option of another 12-month term.
A license fee of $5,000 is payable in advance, and is non-refundable if Zylotech pulls the license.
ZYL (formerly Zylotech) said it expected the deal to allow the company to reach a wider audience with its product portfolio.
