Mobile social networking platform developer MOKO.mobi has announced that two of its directors, Stuart Simson and Christine Kennedy, have resigned from the company.
The pair have been directors of MOKO.mobi since its listing in June 2007.
Hans de Back, CEO of Triscreen Media Group – which has become a substantial shareholder in Moko.MOBI – recently joined the company as a non-executive director.
