ASG wins five-year contract with VHA

IT services provider ASG Group (ASX:ASZ) has secured a five-year contract to deliver corporate IT support services for Vodafone-Hutchison Australia (VHA).

The deal, which also carries two optional one-year extension, builds on a three-and-a-half year relationship between ASG and Hutchison 3G Australia, which last year merged with Vodafone Australia to create VHA.

ASG said it had now won more than $140 million worth of new public and private sector contracts in 2010.

The company said it now has a project pipeline of contract opportunities of $784 million for FY11, and expects to grow both organically and via acquisitions throughout the financial year.
