Wholesale computer and parts distributor Wintech Group (ASX:WTG) has revealed it has settled its legal battle with CFO Solution HQ over debts.
CFO Solution HQ has promised to withdraw Supreme Court action once Wintech pays CFO $85,000 to settle its alleged arrears.
The final instalment of the payment is due on October 6. Wintech has so far paid $25,000 of the sum.
WTG shares are today unchanged at $0.025.
