Internode has significantly overhauled its ADSL broadband plans for business, upping data quotes and reducing prices.

Internode will now offer three tiers of business ADSL services:

  • Business-Extreme running at ADSL2+ Annex M speeds at up to 24 megabits per second
  • Business-NakedExtreme plans at ADSL2+ Annex M speeds at up to 24 megabits per second
  • Business-Fast plans, running at ADSL1/ADSL2+ speeds

The Australian ISP has cut $30 from the cost of an entry-level Business ADSL2+ service to $59 and introduced what it claims is its ‘first truly Unlimited quota’ business ADSL2+ plans, starting from $299.

Business ADSL plans running at 1.5 Mb/s or slower will be maintained for existing customers but will no longer offered for sale.

Internode’s Business ADSL plans include priority technical support, static IP addresses, optional subnets, download-only quotas and half-cent per megabyte excess charges. The ISP has also introduced a maximum excess charge of $299 per month across the range.

“Business ADSL plans haven't received as much attention in recent plan upgrades, so we decided it was time for an extreme makeover,” Internode product manager, Jim Kellett, said in a statement.
