Macquarie Telecom (ASX:MAQ) brings customer service in-house

Macquarie Telecom (ASX:MAQ) has opened a $5 million customer service centre in Sydney to help support its hosting and telecom customers.

The opening of the MacquarieHUB comes after the company decided to bring its customer service operations in-house based on customer feedback.

Macquarie Telecom said the centre will be open 24/7, 365 days per year. It will be led by the operator's group executive for telecom services, Simon Gatward.
