As the Executive General Manager, Scott Treller leads the SAP Customer Experience team in Australia and New Zealand focussed on helping organisations to grow their business and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Scott has over 25 years of experience driving sales growth in the IT industry and he has spent the last decade helping companies with their CX transformation. Prior to joining SAP in 2012, Scott worked at Aconex, one of Australia’s pioneering Cloud companies.

Shane Lenton

Shane Lenton is the Chief Information + Digital Officer at Cue Clothing (which runs the namesake brand, as well as Dion Lee and Veronica Maine). On top of this he is the founder of Unified Commerce, the co-founder of The Wishlist Company and on the Advisory Board of Shippit, ShopYou, NORA, Designerex, Australia post, Brauz, ScopeSuite, and WellBetter. Shane was awarded the 2020 Industry Recognition award at the Australia Post Online Retail Industry Awards and CUE was awarded, for the 2nd year in a row, the Best Multichannel Retailer award.

Throughout her career, she has maintained a focus on technology and business, working for titles such as CIO, Computerworld, PC World, Australian Reseller News (ARN), Exhibition News, Business Asia, and now CMO. From 2010 to 2012, Nadia was Managing Editor of business publications for the UK live events industry, and created FaceTime Magazine for event marketers. She’s also responsible for launching and transforming key industry events, such as the annual ARN Industry Awards and Exhibition News Awards.

Nadia rejoined IDG Australia in 2013 to create CMO, a dedicated title for the modern marketing chief. In 2015, CMO launched the CMO50 program, now recognised as the country’s premiere list for modern marketing excellence, supported by a highly prestigious annual event.
